Terms of Service
Effective as of June 4, 2026. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the Houfil Infrastructure or interacting with our Discord bot.
01Acceptance of Terms
By using the Houfil Infrastructure, inviting the bot to your Discord server, or executing any bot commands, you automatically accept all our Terms of Service and Privacy Policies in their entirety. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the service.
02Financial Liability & Scams
Houfil provides a decentralized infrastructure for cryptocurrency transactions and automated marketplaces. We strictly enforce the following limitations on our liability:
⚠️ Zero Liability for Scams
Houfil is not responsible in case of any money loss. Furthermore, Houfil is not responsible if you encounter a scammer, purchase fraudulent goods, or send cryptocurrency to an incorrect address. All trades and transactions are executed at your own risk.
⏱️ Dispute Resolutions & Fund Loss
In the event of a loss of funds, a stalled escrow transaction, or an ongoing dispute, the issue must be resolved promptly. If the case is not fully resolved within 1 week (7 days), Houfil reserves the right to close the dispute and permanently keep the held funds.
03General Conduct & Platform Rules
To maintain a safe environment, all users must strictly adhere to the following community guidelines and the Discord Terms of Service.
- •No Links & No Advertising: Sending unauthorized links (malicious or not) and engaging in any form of advertising or self-promotion is strictly prohibited.
- •Respect & Compliance: You must remain respectful to our staff and the community at all times. Staff members have the final say in any dispute, and attempting to bypass a final decision is a bannable offense.
- •Illegal Transactions: We do not facilitate any illegal trades. If illegal activity is suspected, your transaction will be halted, funds frozen, and your ticket closed immediately.
04Automated Systems (Marketplace & Security)
By utilizing our automated shop features (/stock, /marketconfig) or our Anti-Raid security module, you acknowledge the following functional conditions:
🛍️ Marketplace Visibility
Our dynamic top charts are based on authentic unique views. Any attempt to artificially manipulate views, abuse unicode spacing to distort embeds, or exploit review systems will result in a permanent blacklist from the Houfil Network.
🛡️ Automated Moderation
Our Anti-Raid system operates autonomously to protect communities. Houfil developers cannot be held liable for false positives, undesired automatic bans, or server lockdowns triggered by the velocity and spam detection modules.
05Warranty Disclaimer & Service Uptime
The Houfil service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our crypto-payment and market infrastructures are designed for high availability, we offer no absolute warranty regarding uninterrupted uptime, blockchain confirmation speed, or the complete absence of bugs. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice.
